What we do
At Bairstow's Mechanical Services Ltd we design, build and install industrial pipework for all types of applications, including steam plant and process systems. We also manufacture steelwork support systems for skid-mounted pipework and plant that can be transported to site as a finished product.

Pipework is an essential part of any services project, and it is our aim to make this aspect of your requirement as seamless as possible. When it comes to piping systems, no two jobs are the same; there are many factors to take into consideration to ensure everything fits together as it should and that is where we come in!

Our speciality is pre-fabricated piping, utilising our 10,500 sq. ft workshop facility in Leeds, complete with 2x 5T overhead cranes. This enables us to fabricate and test a large percentage of each pipework project 'off site'.

Our design department uses the latest 3D CAD software, enabling full drawing of all pipework services and components.

From an outline design brief, we are able to develop this into a fully working system, drawing every pipe spool in full and therefore bringing the scheme to life. All this is done before any manufacturing takes place.

This process has been refined over recent years, taking improvement very seriously and adopting a factual approach to decision making. You can be confident your project will be carefully planned and implemented, working with you in partnership.
Good communication is key to our success.
We also carry out our own thermal insulation, employing a skilled, experienced team and partnering with a local manufacturers of metal cladding and insulation. Through experience, this enables us to control costs and manage this element of every installation.
